NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BLACK NONPROFITS AT A GLANCE
A Distinct Identity | A Distinct Mission
The National Association of Black Nonprofits (NABN) has been active since 2014 when it was housed in the Innovative Community Engagement Foundation. During the COVID-19 crisis, we realized that Black Nonprofits were being severely impacted and facing the threat of extinction and there was no central organization to protect there interests. By working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to relaunch the National Association of Black Nonprofits as a separate entity to advocate, collaborate, and work on behalf of Black nonprofits and Black nonprofit professionals.
We also launched the Nonprofit Noire to help Black Nonprofits and the communities they serve. We hope you use both platforms to amplify the good you're doing.
